1.1 This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals by LLP "Trust Traffic" (hereinafter referred to as the User), which can be obtained by LLP "Trust Traffic" when the User uses services/goods, a non–exclusive license provided, including through the website, services, services, programs used by LLP "Trust Traffic" and/ or Affiliated persons (hereinafter referred to as the Website, Services).

The validity period of the consent of the subject of personal data is valid until the receipt of an application from him to the company LLP "Trust Traffic" with a request to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data.
1.7 When notifications are received during a telephone call to the contact center in a special software to account for actions on the corresponding User, an appeal is created based on the results of the information received from the User. The request is processed within a maximum of 24 hours. As a result, User information is not included in the mailing list segment for the corresponding region.

2.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.. Trust Traffic LLP processes the User's personal data for the purposes of:
identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with Trust Traffic LLP and/or Affiliated Persons;
provision of goods/services to the User, non-exclusive license, access to the Site, Services;
communication with the User, sending transactional emails to the User at the time of receipt of the registration request on the Site or receipt of payment from the User, one-time, if the User performs these actions, sending notifications to the User, requests;
sending advertising and/or informational messages to the User — no more than 1 message per day;
verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site;
conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

3.1 Trust Traffic LLP takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
3.2 Trust Traffic LLP provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors and Affiliated persons who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site, Services and provision of Services, sale of goods, obtaining a non-exclusive license by the User.
3.3 Trust Traffic LLP has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including in order to prevent and / or suppress illegal and /or illegal actions of Users). Disclosure of the information provided by the User may be made only in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.4 Trust Traffic LLP does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information in good faith, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to previously provided information when such a need arises, including, but not limited to, changing the phone number.

4.1 The User, when using the Site, confirms that:4.2 Has all the necessary rights that allow him to register (create an account) and use the Services of the site;
4.3 Indicates reliable information about himself in the amounts necessary to use the Services of the Site, the mandatory fields for further provision of the Services of the site are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the user at his own discretion.

4.5 Is familiar with this Policy, expresses its agreement with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it. 4.6 Trust Traffic LLP does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill obligations to the User.

5.1 The data provided by the User independently when using the Site, Services including, but not limited to: first name, last name, gender, mobile phone number and/or email address, marital status, date of birth, hometown, family ties, home address, information about education, type of activity.
5.2 Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services during their use using the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program that accesses the Services), access time, the address of the requested page.
5.3 Other information about The User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory Documents of individual Services of Trust Traffic LLP

7.1. Trust Traffic LLP has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
